You get this by sleeping in a shelter at least once in all of the major areas of the game. I don’t recommend it if you don’t want to be constantly hunted. Obviously, Steam achievements cannot revoked, so you can do that if you’re feeling devilish. This achievement can actually be revoked, along with the passage (if you haven’t used it yet) by ruining your established reputation by murdering them. My experience with that is… let’s just say that I got stuck for a good 2 minutes. Both gradually increases your global reputation with the Scavengers.īuilding up their reputation can actually help you in the long run as it makes you able to cross Scavenger Tolls without playing and sometimes, they’ll even join your shelter. Keep a pearl in your belly and throw it to the scavengers if you come across them. You get this achievement when you max out your reputation with the Scavengers if you give them enough pearls. It’s best to kill defenseless creatures like lantern mice and squidcadas as to not risk dying. Opposite of The Saint, but it doesn’t seem to follow the “five cycles” and “die-half” logic of the previous ones, rather, it keeps a tally count of the things you’ve killed and not hurting anything in a cycle resets it. Resets when you spend a cycle not hurting a darn thing. It is rewarded by killing things… passive, neutral or hostile, doesn’t matter. Run, juke or whatever, just don’t fight! 9. Just be a pacifist! It’s not that hard not to hurt anything… okay… maybe it is if everything is out to kill you. It has the logic of losing half a cycle’s worth of progress upon death and losing all progress when you go to sleep hurting something in the cycle. Hands off the spear and even rocks, don’t harm a fly… you can still eat ’em though. It is rewarded by spending five cycles not harming any creature, including both passive and hostile creatures. Please do note that the Monk and Hunter slugcats are only there to represent the achievements and you don’t need to play as them, sorry if you get confused… qwq 8. I only found it out 70 hours into the game, god I’m so dumb.Īlso y’know what, he’s a helpful doodle guide to make it more clear :]

Oh, protip! Hold the map button to speed up the animation of the hibernation screen. You’ll know if you lost progress by seeing a red line in the associated achievement icon in the hibernation screen. It takes about 5 cycles to fill the bar completely, but there’s a caveat of losing half a cycle of progress whenever you die and losing all progress when hibernating in a cycle where the diet is broken. Just keep eating fruit/meat stuff until a progress bar appears. I notice it takes a while to pop up after getting The Survivor. You get this achievement by spending five cycles sticking to a specific diet of either plants or meat.

The first achievement you’ll ever get, since you can’t get any of, or even make progress towards the other karma achievements, without unlocking this first in ANY given playthrough.

Progress is indicated by five dots that fill up. It is rewarded by spending five cycles at karma level 5 (default max karma).
